When Should I Use Pet Telemedicine?

Telemedicine or phone vet services is a convenient tool to use with mild conditions or quick questions you have about your pet’s health.

Some appropriate telemedicine situations include:

• Sneezing or other mild symptoms
• Behavioral changes
• Skin rechecks
• Puppy/kitten socialization and training guidance
• Post-op recovery questions
• Ongoing treatment plan and medication discussion
• Hospice care

If your pet’s issue cannot be resolved over a virtual visit, we may request that you come in for an appointment. This allows us to fully examine your pet and perform any necessary diagnostics.
